Privacy
This page says what we collect when you use this site and join the waitlist, why we collect it, where it is kept and for how long, and how you change your mind. It was last updated on 12 October 2026.
Who we are
AtaalaPrana runs this site and the waitlist and is the data controller for what is described here. Write to us at hello@ataalaprana.com.
What we collect when you join the waitlist
Your email address, your first name if you give it, whether the kit is for you or for a gift, whether you ticked the box that lets us send you news, and the time and the internet address of your device when you ticked it, which is our record that you agreed. If you arrived from an advert or a link, we keep the campaign names in that link so we know which adverts work.
We use your email address to send one message asking you to confirm it, and, once you confirm, to tell you when the first kits are ready. We send news only if you ticked the box. The lawful basis for all of this is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time with the unsubscribe link in any email or by writing to us.
Where it is kept
Your details are kept in a database in Amazon Web Services in London, and our emails are sent through Amazon’s email service from the same place. Nobody else receives your address. If you never confirm your email, your details are deleted after thirty days. If you confirm, we keep them until you unsubscribe or until the waitlist closes, whichever comes first, and then delete them.
Keeping bots off the form
The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from automated programs. Turnstile looks at how your browser behaves while you fill in the form and sends us a token that says you are a person. It does not identify you to us, and it is not used for advertising. Cloudflare’s own privacy notice covers what it sees.
Cookies and measurement
When you first arrive we ask whether we may measure how the site is used and whether our adverts work. Nothing is set until you choose, and the site works the same either way. You can change your choice at any time from the cookie settings link in the footer.
If you allow measurement, Google Analytics records which pages are seen and whether a signup was completed. If you allow advertising, the Meta Pixel records a visit and a signup so that we can judge our adverts on Facebook and Instagram, and we send the same signup to Meta from our server with your email address scrambled so it cannot be read. Neither tool receives anything about your health, your practice or what you wrote to us.
One cookie of our own remembers your choice for a year. The form keeps the campaign names from the link you arrived on in your browser only until you close the tab.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@ataalaprana.com and we answer within a month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your details you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
