The ataala app teaches you how to use your kit
The ataala app is for daily energy practice on iPhone and Android. Every kit comes with a code that opens its guided sessions, so you are shown what to do with the mat, the crystals and the salts from the first day.
What you learn, and how the app teaches it
The sessions are short and you do one a day. They are taught by our founder, who hand selects and consecrates the crystals in your kit. The practices come from India, and she explains each Sanskrit word in plain English the first time she uses it.
A check-in each morning
You answer a few questions about how your energy feels. The check-in takes under a minute, and the app uses your answers to choose today’s practice.
Guided sessions for each piece
The first weeks take you through the kit one piece at a time. Each session tells you what to fetch, where to sit and what to do, and you can listen with your eyes closed.
Ruhi answers your questions
Ruhi is your AI energy companion in the app. You tell Ruhi how a session went and it replies with one small thing to try next. Ruhi is not a substitute for medical care.

- Each piece of your kit has a page that shows where it came from and who made it.
- Refill reminders
- The app tells you when your bath salts are likely to be running low.

- The practice cards in the box show the same steps as the sessions, for the days you leave your phone in another room.

Go to ataala.com/redeem and sign in
You sign in on the website the same way you signed in to the app.
Enter the code from the card
ataala Plus starts on your account that day. You enter the code on the website, not in the app.
What each kit gives you in the app
ataala Plus is the paid part of the app, and it opens every guided session. Your kit pays for the first months.
The Full Kit gives three months
Three months of ataala Plus start on the day you enter the code. See what is in the box.
The Black Kit gives two months
Two months of ataala Plus start on the day you enter the code, beginning with the evening, stress and focus sessions. See what is in the box.
The Small Kit gives one month
One month of ataala Plus starts on the day you enter the code. See what is in the box.
A gift passes the code on
Whoever holds the card can redeem it. If you give a kit to your mother, the sessions open on her account and not on yours.
When the months from your kit end, you choose whether to carry on with ataala Plus in the app. The practice cards are yours to keep.
